^That one's easy to speculate about - he tried his hand at writing instead of acting, and his script just had many plot holes, and should have asked George Lucas to read it first and help with the re-write.

I'm not saying it's impossible, it's just there are a lot of questions. Like, when this happened it was really cold, right? I wonder what kind of liquid they could have poured on him that didn't very quickly freeze given the -20 degree temperatures. Do they have any samples? Why did these people just happen to have this liquid and a noose on them? Were they stalking this actor specifically or just hoping to come across any random brown person? In the polar vortex? Do they have the noose? Or did the attackers take it off and take it with them?

I mean, it could be things happened like he said. If it did, it sure sucks that there aren't any witnesses or surveillance camera footage that shows anything more than the silhouettes of two people walking down the sidewalk close by.

Yes, the reason the guy does not look all that beat up and his main injury is more of a crushing injury means his thick clothing helped sheild him from the blows. So some people came up, knocked him over, wrapped a noose around his neck and either broke his rib tackling, or more likely while kicking him on the ground. They poured some water on him, and if he is a northern person his clothing is probably frozen and the water would not absorb. perhaps because he had the means to buy an expensive coat it sheds water like his other clothing.

Bleach may actually not do well on a frosty heavy coat. If it does not break through the frozen water onto the fabric it would just have frozen and fallen off like water.

It might leave a slight odor which would be smelled later. Bleach activates with heat stupid people on the right. In a cold water situation the cloth may not suffer problems.

no surveillance footage is no surprise! Can someone explain to me how technology can enable almost everyone to take high def pictures with cheap ass cell phone cameras, but cameras that are enabled to identify criminals cannot?
Nearly every bank/store picture is grainy & blurry or taken from a fucked-up angle. Hey banks! Great job of putting cameras on the ceiling so we have a detailed view of the top of the robbers head!
