When I first started posting at the TrekBBS my internet was still dial up. And I couldn't post links or do a bunch of other basic things that people on the computer take for granted.
I've quoted you several times, then you changed your post. And then you called me a liar and wanted me to get banned.
You are a liar. I've never said I had autism. You made that up completely and utterly. You continue to do so. Continually lying at every opportunity to attempt to make me look bad. That said, can I ask you an honest question (it will not reflect badly on you) and get a serious, honest answer without some snide remark? Or if you don't want to, do you want it asked via PM?
He does not have autism. But you people might be illiterate. Oh, how could we possibly tell if you could read and write? Hrm... Something obvious to do with printed characters.
Fine. The question I was going to ask Ed629 was that what level of professional success did I have to achieve before he and others of a similar mindset here at Wordforge would get off my back? Simple enough.
Staying at the same school for one Presidential term would be a good starting point. That, and not keeping the job on a technicality in your renewal contract would be a bonus.
To get back to the topic, TBBS is...decent to post at these days. I rarely do so as I no longer recognize most names, but the TNZ isn't the over moderated shithole it used to be when just mentioning Wordforge would garner a ban.
For a coach, four years could be considered stagnation. I don't think I've ever worked for a head coach who was at the same school for 4 consecutive years. Well I guess the one at Strong. But he attempted to step down twice during his years there long before then.
I don't care if you jump from job to job frequently if it's for advancement in your career, salary, etc. Getting fired every two years doesn't count. Unless getting fired makes you happy and your family happy. Then go with it.
There was a time when there was no world wide web, but other internet systems were operational. Dial up BBS were a server somewhere that a bunch of geeks knew about and they dialed in and dowloaded updates to their machine and then through them and responded offline and when they were done they dialed back in and uploaded their data. I was on the internet to see the birth of http. In some of my comp sci classes I had techs from AOL and earthlink trying to learn about TCP/IP and VAX systems and UNIX commands. The first machine I built ran windows 3.1 and win95 was a huge upgrade. I was working with computers at my father's video store where he had to dial into rentrax every night and had programs to log customer databases. My first computer I built myself was a top of the line AMD running 99mhz with a 500 megabyte HD and 16k of ram. Way back then that puppy was great. I colored on 64 bit not byt punch cards for old IBM Mainframes. I grew up as the PC grew up, and my parents were in a place of education and opportunity to see computer technology advance like it did. I ate it up.
Yeah, stop picking on him can't you see he clearly has a bit of the down syndrom. You tell him dayton. Make him get his facts straight.
It hasn't improved. Full disclosure. I am a new member here, never having been to this site until I joined a few days ago. What led me here was a few of the inner circle jerk on TNZ ragging about Wordforge.
