Why Does MAOHS's AR15 Hate Me?

    Yep...time and effort spent zeroing your rifle and getting that perfect, consistent shot group will really pay off. Because you will forget to "aim a little low" or "just a bit to the right" every time. And throw varying distances in ther and you really set yourself up to miss.

    Even with cheap factory ammo an AR15 will produce a 10 inch group at 300 meters - the bullets are more accurate than the human eye, so if you miss it's not the round, it's you.

    My groups were fairly consistent with MAOHS's rifle. I just... well, he's better with it than me I guess?

    I'd check out resources other than myself before starting though. I have my slightly informed opinions, but the people at ARF.com know a gowzillion more about AR's than I do.

    Well, I have to admit, mine is the most awesomest AR ever to exist, but there are tons of options with an AR.

    I built my basic platform to be an all around AR. Sort of a jack of all trades, but a master of none. A good compromise between a carbine and a full length rifle. Are you sure that's what have in mind?

    And what's wrong with my flashlight?!? :mad: It puts out 65 lumens, and I'm fixing to get a new bezel that does 120 lumens!!! :mad: :mad:

    The nice thing about G3/HK91-type rifles?

    You don't have to shoot someone to kill them with it. You just turn it so that when you fire they get hit by the ejected cartridges...
