Mayor of Cologne says women should have code of conduct to prevent future assault

The Mayor of Cologne said today that women should adopt a “code of conduct” to prevent future assault at a crisis meeting following the sexual attack of women by 1000 men on New Year’s eve.

Mayor Henriette Reker attended an emergency meeting with Chief of Police Wolfgang Albers and Wolfgang Wurm to discuss how to deal with the attack, where dozens of women were repeatedly touched and groped, with one case of alleged rape in the center of town.

“It is important to prevent such incidents from ever happening again,” said Mayor Reker, as reported in German by RP Online. “We have heard by now that they [the attacks] have occurred in other cities. This of course is not comforting to us.”

Hamburg also received complaints of sexual assault.

The crisis management team said prevention measures should include a code of conduct for young women and girls, and Mayor Reker said the existing code of conduct will be updated online.

The suggested code of conduct includes maintaining an arm’s length distance from strangers, to stick within your own group, to ask bystanders for help or to intervene as a witness, or to inform the police if you are the victim of such an assault.​

The safest thing they could do to reduce their risk of gang rape is to leave Europe.

Some 90 criminal complaints, including one allegation of rape, have been brought to the Cologne police department after women said they were molested by a crowd of men who had gathered in the city's famous square between its central train station and towering Gothic cathedral. Authorities expect more victims to come forward in the next few days.

City police chief Wolfgang Albers said the crowd was composed of up to 1,000 heavily intoxicated men who gave the appearance of being "Arab or North African" in background.​

Remember the good old days before the Arab Spring and the implosion of Hillary's Middle East Policy when Western women had to go to protests in Egypt to get gang raped? Well no more! Now they're fair game even in their home towns.

Well allow me to retort. Here's a code of conduct for the crowd of intoxicated Arab and North Africans........KEEP YOUR FUCKING HAND TO YOURSELF/DICK IN YOUR PANTS OR WE SEND YOU BACK TO THE SANDBOX IN A BODY BAG. But why should the crazy young men give a shit? Germany has been pacified, emasculated, civilized. You can play them like a fiddle now, crazies. The world is your oyster now.

Such a thing might help and even might reduce sexual assaults so it probably should not be rejected out of hand.

But on a basic fundamental level making women's conduct responsible for a mans conduct is simply wrong. It places an undue and overbroad hardship on women and implies that men are little more that crude animals who cannot control themselves sexually.

It's not wrong. Allah and his Prophet explained that women are responsible for a man's conduct so they must stay covered up or get raped, inshallah. Some of the German women should probably be flogged for their transgressions.

Here is the crux of the problem, the bottom line, the real deal: old-school fundamental Islam believes that men are little more that crude animals who cannot control themselves sexually. Somehow they never noticed that men in the sane world can indeed control themselves, and don't go into a rape frenzy when they see a sexy woman. They are blind to that apparently.
Germany needs to man up (and any other western modern country too) and take a stand and wake the fuck up to reality.

When I was in Germany I found a lot of the women pretty hot. Not Italy hot, but still pretty hot. That said a lot of German women smelled pretty rank (especially in the summer) and a lot of them smoked. Both are deal-breakers, but that's just me.

Maybe that's what's attracting the migrant men. Get a whiff of camel (either kind) and they can't control themselves!

Rape, ripping clothes off of bodies, including ripping underwear off of white women followed by sexual attacks and violations. Even raping white women for the lusts of Arab gang rape mobs.

They can enjoy what Merkel has given them. This does not even mention the professional Arab thieves who pick pocketed or robbed. You let the animals in and this is what you get.

But you must admit, it does save them airfare. Colognaists (is that the word for them?) used to have to fly 2000 miles to get robbed and have their panties ripped off by crowds of men like that. Now it can be an everyday thing.

DAMN! Less air travel = less global warming. Praise Allah in his infantile wisdom! BTW I have been to Cologne and that huge ass cathedral is awesome. Sucks that the rapists would tear it down if given a chance because it offends Allah being a false idol or whatever.

You are right, of course. But when we had a discussion about teaching men not to rape, the usual suspects were up in arms.

And you might recall that the problem with that was the assumption that all men were rapists who had to be taught not to rape. Are you going to double down on that stupidity by suggesting Muslim men are all inherently rapists who need to be taught not to rape? Guess I'll have to bring this up every time the subject of "teach men not to rape" comes up to remind you all of how stupid that mentality is.

I have an idea. We have a whole bunch of right wing women who feel that their place is whatever their men tell them it is. They seem to be attracted to men who feel entitled to their bodies and they abhore things like birth control and abortion. They love traditional marriage. I have a big solution. We should send all the wacked out right wing republican women to live with the middle eastern men, and we will take the progressive and opressed women who do not want to be a slave to a husband over here. We can also send all the republican white guys over there also so they can be with their kind and club each other over the head to decide who gets woman, andf we will take the pacefists and the ones who want to treat women as equals.

I know this sounds completely insane, but I am serious that it could work. First off the women don't have a say in any of this because on the one hand they would be slaves and on the other who the fuck in their right mind would want to go over to old time land. Shhhhh, no really we really have to get these groups together. Guys who think women are lower life forms do not want smart women, and let us face it don't get along with them very well. Smart women do not need to have some moron telling them what to do. So we put the smart people together and the stupid people together and I am pretty ok with relying on the results from that.

I have a better idea then giving women, who were the victims here, a code of conduct. Arrest the Arab criminals who were sexually assaulting women, raping (at least one case of gang rape reported to police), and robbing people.
