Much of the EU, especially Germany, is known for fairly short prison sentences and the deportation rate, even among people the courts have already ordered to be deported, is down in the single digit percentages. I don't see much deterrent nor enforcement.

Anna, as someone who was also in the military, I agree with you. There is something to the notion of not putting one's self in a risky situation. That said, the hundreds of women who got attacked by the Arab rape mobs were not putting themselves in a risky situation. They were walking in the center of town in front of the central train station where the mayor and city council had invited everyone to come out and celebrate.

Those women were not doing anything wrong but the animals decided to attack and rape them anyway because there were enough of them there to fight off the police. This is something that happens all the time in middle eastern countries and which they have brought with them to places like Germany, Austria, Finland, and Switzerland. This is the cultural incompatability problem I have been talking about.
