Russian tanks enter South Ossetia

This is going to get very very messy.
Russia sending in 150+ tanks and mobile arty units doesn't seem like a good way "to help end bloodshed".

Think NATO is going to have to jump in on this.

Is anybody shocked? I have been on my soapbox about Ossetia being a tinderbox over and over! The Bible makes it perfectly clear to anyone paying attention to current events.

That's probably because that's what the Russians insist they are.

Why are Sky obligated to report things from the Russian establishments point of view?

Because that's what the Russians are calling them. Changing terms would put bias on the story. The reader can judge whether or not the Russian term is appropriate based on their actions and the other content of the story.
