There. I thought I remembered someone linking to the full text. What I do NOT recall is any mention of clothing, hair or the word "gay."
I did my own google search, I could have found Tucker's link, but I didn't. Anyway, the exact verbiage: The original post by @matthunter is a link to Twitter post and someone describing the bill as "anti-grooming". And, it appears that person is wrong. So, we've been arguing for 21 pages about nothing.
Please link to this story about someone identifying as a fire engine and asking for their pronouns to be the sound of a siren, that sounds wild.
The unicorn is a known symbol of sodomy. I'd have to see the rainbow to know whether it was the naturally occurring one, of the one corrupted by the perverts.
We called her "Ms.," and later "Mrs.," because we knew she was a woman. Therefore, we knew her gender identity. We knew she got married, we knew her spouse's name, and we knew he was a man. Therefore, we knew her sexual orientation. You're not throwing a fit over the idea of kids knowing about gender and orientation. You're throwing a fit over the idea of kids knowing about the wrong ones.
I'm kind of depressed to see how much more of a miserable person UA has become. Except now it's not enough that he just exists as a miserable sad sack, but he is now threatened that marginalized people are becoming less marginalized and therefore less miserable than him. And he just can't fucking stand it, so he argues tooth and nail to continue to keep them worse off than him.
Knowing who your teacher is married to counts as somebody "imposing their will" on you now? Jeez, you're sensitive.
Look, this isn't a Vulcan society, and it's never going to be that. Given that, you're not just at school to be robot programmed with the three Rs. If being a Vulcan is your goal, you've failed at it miserably, what with the whole whiny chip on your shoulder routine. If you're going to be a flawed defective human being anyway, you may as well pull the fucking curtain rod out of your ass. Your philosophy is stupid, abandon it. It sounds difficult, but it's actually really easy, because you suck at your shitty philosophy. You don't even follow it well. The thing that you think defines you doesn't. You should find that liberating. You probably won't though.
Pretty much figured I'd be talking to a brick wall. Worth a shot in the one-in-a-bazillion chance there's any of the original UA still in there not eaten up by the dogma.
Sure, champ. You're totally the first jackass to think of accusing someone of mental illness for disagreeing with you.
Maybe you don't. But most people have some level of, well ... caring about other human beings, and an instinctive desire to get to know them. And I don't think I've ever met a misanthropic child. From the moment little kids discover that their teachers exist outside of school, that teachers have homes and families of their own, they're curious and ask questions. And teachers generally answer them, because they're not fucking robots, nor do their students want them to be. And as long as the teacher is cisgender and heterosexual ... No one. Ever. Complains.
Your goalposts for brainwashing wrap around the universe, and include your very ability to type your dipshit posts in English.
I'd find it highly surprising if UA weren't one of these Sovereign Citizen types. The batshittery seems quite similar.
A lot of teachers cultivate the impression that they don’t have lives outside of school. Most of my elementary and middle school teachers did with the notable exception my Kindergarten teacher who had a baby, and the music teacher who made sure we knew the difference between Miss, Mrs., and Ms., but even she refused to say anything about who she was or wasn’t married to. My teacher friend now does the same thing. She’s got her class (2nd or 3rd grade I think) pretty well convinced she lives at school.
