Congo War, largest war since World War 2....ignored, exhibit B. Sudan, millions dead...noone cares...exhibit C Ivory Coast, etc etc etc).....so lets list some of these states that could become targets of regime change is some body got into power that had a globe altering vision of neo-colonolism to take over the white man burden and save Africia from it's own governments.
