However, Zombie revealed exactly what 14thDoctor was doing. 14thDoc said there was no evidence he could have known the poster's first name (WHICH, BTW, HAS NOT BEEN REVEALED BY SAID POSTER, SO STOP POSTING IT IN THE RR THREAD ). However, this was demonstrably false (see the thread at TK). For the rest, again, see post 351. The circumstances are identical.

It seems to me the rule has been being over-applied for some time now if this is true.

I didn't like the rules very much before, but I accepted them, even when they worked against me. Changing them now that they're working against someone more popular, or against a dozen or so shit-disturbers, isn't right or fair.

Not 3 weeks ago I came under harassment at another board I had come to regularly post at. After discussing the issue for a day or two and seeing I couldn't prevail, I said "oh well" - and I haven't posted there since.

It all depends on how seriously you feel about it.

And, by the way, I left here once too, and only dueled back in order to follow Kyle's lead and stay out of the Red Room and just talk about "Lost" and "Heroes" and such - until I was outed.

According to the testimony of the person who banned you....as long as no one knew about the reference (other than those already in the know) then the offense, while perhaps deserving, wasn't actionable.
