If anything there would be a Constitutional Amendment that states the candidate has to prove in public they were born in the US and are eligible to run for POTUS and VPOTUS.

And frankly I think it would be a complete and total disaster for the Democrats because they would forever be known as a party who ran someone who couldn't legally hold the job. Even though most of the Democrat party would have had nothing to do with the fraud the stink of Obama would be on them especially when you consider that as President he sucks and the Democrats in Congress suck too.

It would fuel the theory that the goal of the left is to bring America to it's knees in order to establish socialism.
