Some of my favorite 'are you fucking kidding me' moments are white men should not write books, or at least if they do no one should read them, and that Kamala Harris is evil incarnate because while AG of CA she defended the state against a prisoner who sued for his sexual reassignment surgury. Note he was getting hormone treatments, mental health counselling and was in the woman's prison at the time. The difference is most of the Republicans have become far right, the far left is a much smaller percentage of the Dems.

I believe last time the person that complained the loudest about "kids in cages" settled on the position that the unaccompanied minors shouldn't be held at all, and should instead be given free hotel rooms with buffets and unlimited drink tickets. Oh, and if you point out that letting unaccompanied minors cross the border without any sort of investigation as to who they'll be staying with is the sort of policy that helps human traffickers and child abusers, then you've committed a transphobic hate crime and you're going to hell when you die.
