See the branch in the background? This is what happens when you spend your entire time texting your heavily pregnant wife and not paying attention to the path... PAIN!
^Almost reminds me of the sequence in Superman where Jor-El takes Clark on a voyage through time and space... "The planet Krypton...your home...as it was..."
How about through the telescope? Even Im suprised that I was even able to do this, and the result. Especially with no kind of filter at all....Just timing it right as it goes down. But I do think I can do better Ill refine my technique over the weeks/months and hopefully get some really sharp ones.
Yep They looked even clearer with the naked eye. Its so hard focusing the scope through the camera viewfinder And the scope is balancing right on the edge of a windowsill
shootER agrees: Are those white dots stars or dead pixels? Stars I think, I dont have those same pixels out on any other shot. I think Ive only got one,... and its red

Absolutely dying today, legs as stiff as boards. It was basically a half marathon distance and about 4000ft of ascent in total. It took nearly 8 hours Not got great pics, the stunning views at the top of the horseshoe got missed because we were in cloud for about half the walk. This is walking through the outer lanes of the Beautiful town of Ambleside.
These were the conditions for the high part of the walk, visibility about 20-50 feet. You can see the summit cairn of Fairfield (the high point) in the distance (about 40 feet away.
