So you don't care about his kids? What if your father had decided randomly when you were 10 that he was a girl. How would that have made you feel?
With the proper HRT, one can approximate it if they wanted to...it involves cycling the meds and you have to involve progesterone (which is properly taken on a cycled schedule) (that said - i'm the one being rational in this thread )

It is a legitimate question afterall. Most of us have had parents that sacrificed in the big way for their kids. Many of the posters on here ARE parents that sacrifice for their kids on a daily basis. That is the way life goes. And I'm talking about taking your kid to practice at 6 AM, or going through hell worrying while they go through the teenage years. You know, actual parent stuff. So again, excuse me if I think its selfish to basically throw your kid under the bus and decide that you want to be a girl. Ask yourself again, if your dad did that, how would you feel?
