Unconstitutional? So what, we're doing it anyways.

Personally I think that if political figures such as this person admit to willingly violate the Constitution not only should they be kicked out of office, but they should be prosecuted as well.

In a just world, that city would be nuked, with ground zero being Heinz Field.

    don't need to botch it

during middle ages certain crimes were punished by hanging, then being taken down, and either rode on a rail and then drawn and quartered, or just drawn and quartered - kinda forgotten some of the steps - just remember it was VERY painful

Question: Did this broad, when taking office, swear an oath "to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States..."? Because if she did, someone in Pittsburgh should sue to have her removed from office. :cylon:

I'm not sure what constitution is being trodden on here. Seems like the State of PA and not the US.

I also don't follow what the moral/ethical problem is for fining people that don't report their guns gone missing.

The fact the law is unenforceable/meaningless doesn't prevent me from enjoying hours of entertainment watching gunforge writhe.

If I lose something, I sure as hell don't want to be prosecuted for it!

What other item's loss is punishable by law?

Well, you have a constitutional right to have children, and you'd damn well better report one of your own that gets lost. You will certainly face prosecution if you don't.

I was going on the assumption that she was talking about the PA constitution.

The problem is that the law in question wasn't voted in in order to force law abiding people to report their guns missing. It was voted in to fight strawman purchases....which has fuck all to do with law abiding people. It's another example of punishing law abiding folk for the misdeeds of criminals.

You're easy to keep amused. :marathon:

Well that kind of depends on the state. But, the issue isn't losing the gun. I know that for a guy like you comprehension and knowledge on topics like this is a challenge to say the least. The issue is a local politican basically saying screw the Constitution and claiming they are above the law. Now, I know for a intellectual midget like you that is tough to grasp.

Gosh darn, you are truly a stupid man. It is really simple Lt. Mewa. Gun laws have virtually no impact on criminals. Criminals do not respect or follow the law. I'd think a gang banging homie like you would realize that. Creating ridiculous, or unconstitutional laws regarding guns does nothing to impact crimes committed by criminals with guns. It does impact negatively honest law abiding citizens because it creates impasses for them in registering, acquiring, or using guns that are in fact a constitutional guarantee.

You should try and read the Constitution sometime. I'm not sure if you'll understand it though given it is written for people with a higher level of education than the 12th grade like you.

I think we already covered the Constitutional stuff.

Lose or stolen guns must be reported. Whats the problem? Seems like GunForge wants to fluff over that part.

Dude, how are you law abiding if you don't report that your gun has been stolen? Or did you steal that gun?

There is no law that you have to report any item that is stolen. Although it is a good thing to do.

I understand the challenge for you. I take it you are looking for a certificate, or a diploma from the University of Wordforge? You better check with Lanzman on that. I'm not sure what tuition is right now for that type of program here.

So is the problem here that they made it a law concerning firearms and you guys don't want to follow it?

I must be missing something here. :wtf:

    Again....

They made a law that forces people to report their guns missing or stolen.

They made this law in order to fight strawman purchases.

That's like saying, "We are going to put a stop to A by outlawing C."

I still don't see why average gun owners have a problem with this.

People got mad that they had to clean up after their dogs but they slowly came around.

Okay, what if criminal dog owners were ignoring the "clean up your dog shit" law, so the lawmakers decided to ban dogs from public property, period?
