Normally, I'd agree with @Uncle Albert in that you should never feel you are voting for the "lesser of two evils". I've often voted for "third parties"... but then my country's parliamentary democracy system is a bit more forgiving of third (and even fourth) parties.

In the case of the 2020 POTUS election, however, you have a stark and important choice. You have, without question, the worst president in the history of the republic. History will very likely show that not only did he commit criminal acts while in office, he may even have committed treason -- one of the highest crimes in the land. Even if you disagree about his potential criminality, there's no debate that he utterly failed the nation in the worst public health crisis in over a century.

Faced with that choice, even I would vote for whoever had the best chance of tossing that tosser out on his ass.

Anyone who chooses otherwise seriously needs to think about their moral compass.

That sort of attitude is what lets despots win, and gives us morons like Donald J. Trump.

I certainly was no fan of George W. Bush but I don't think at any point he acted contrary to what he thought was in the nation's overall best interest. That doesn't preclude him being involved in backroom dealings and skulduggery, but name a politician who isn't compromised in some way.

In the case of Donald J. Trump, though, he's only ever acted to further one interest: his own. He doesn't give a shit about anything or anybody but himself. The idea of public service is a completely foreign concept to him.

So then you are voting for Trump since Biden was a huge part of making the drug war due to his racism, and he has supported tough on crie bills which have resulted in the school to prison pipeline for black people. He has also been a part of restricting busing to better schools, and horrible banking policies which have kept poor black students out of higher education over the years.

Yes, I know Trump is an onpenly bigoted person, but he has not done this level of damage over the years as some idiot who failed a bhunch of casinos and took out a newspaper ad. Biden is technically the worst person on this issue having multiple years of creating and voting for these issues. Trump is bad but he has not created and voted for these sorts of things over the years like Biden has.

Let us not pretend there is no history and whitewash it away for the dems.
