UA voting tangent

When Biden is elected we are going to have a problem. The dems are whitewashing away his racist actions of the past. Biden gets support from the right because he is a dixiecrat. He has always been a codeword racist. He has always used covert ways to demonize the black community as thugs and criminals. He has always been for segregation and criminalizing black people. This has always made the right wing think of him as an ally for their cause. He is also sexist and feels women are soft pretty things there for him to touch and stare at. He has always fallen on tjhe wrong side of things due to compromise. Compromise in the face of sexism and racism is acceptance and complicity. It is shrouding it in "law and order" and romantic nostalgia.

Since the dems seem to be enamored with a dog whistle racist and sexist creep, then we need to remind them he needs to be fought against. We cannot just pass his agenda and his choices for the supreme court because he has a D next to his name. A rapist frat boy might be a great choice for SCOTUS when no one is going to fight against Biden's choice. Do you think RBG is going to be replaced with anyone near her ideology if Biden gets to select someone? If you are you are a fucking nutbar. Biden will select a bank loving corporate frat boy crony who is tough on crime, loves the drug wars, and is a compromise person who has votes against abortion, GLBT people, and for things like stop and frisk and racist decision making that likes white skin over black.

The right wing people are already supporting him. Lincoln project conservative war mongers are already kneeling at his feet because they know creepy joe will go to war with them, because he has always supported foreign intervention. Republicans will give him enough votes when he needs them to advance regressive policies. The dems will rubber stamp his policies except for a few progressives who will be demonized for not voting on party lines when the party is shifting to racist, sexist, conservative dixiecrat values. At least siding with trump is poison for dems. Now we won't need to worry about it because as long as a dixiecrat scumbag like joe presents it everyone just smiles and says it is OK.

Fuck that shit. Fucking low info voters and conservatives in dem clothing need more pain. We do not need more decades of wait until later while rights are eroded under dem leadership. We do not need the pretense these people are our allies while the dem party works to restore the high school to prison pipeline to past glory because joe does not want black people around the pool on in school with white kids. He was not there with Obama because he was friendly or good for the US. He was always there to attract the right, and that is why the dems have him there now.

My answer remains the same. Individual municipalities drawing up "anti-corruption charters" is entertaining, and maybe by the 22nd century this trend will be more widespread. But it's also possible - probable, really - that these charters are toothless and can be torn up in the name of Business as Usual, or you discover that the politicos who instigated them are just as corrupt as the corruption they're ostensibly trying to fight.

To reiterate: I'm only being mildly ironic in suggesting that greed is hard-wired into our DNA. Greed is about fear, which is why there's never enough money or "stuff" for the 1%. Their atavistic memories of hiding in the cave so the saber-tooth tiger won't eat them just won't go away.

I have noticed when people bring up bad shit about biden everyone says "but Trump" just the way every republican said "but Obama" or "but hillary" because they could never confront the truth.

I really tend to forget dems are not much better than republicans when it comes to these things. At least with Hillary I could come up with some areas where she was good despite her corrupt bullshit. Biden does not even have her strengths and he makes Bill look like he has it together. I never was a Bill Clinton fan because he always seemed like a flake who was more interested than who to sleep with rather than the job. I always thought hillary was the brains of the operation while Bill was the face. Now we have Joe who is not even the face.

No one can defend this guy, because no one wanted him to begin with. We are just supposed to ignore the facts of his nomination and be good little dems and forget his problems. Well, I am an independent in dem clothing. I signed up for the dems to have a say in the primaries but I am not a dem at all.

I hope it is Biden over trump for the next four years, but that does not mean in any way I trust biden, want biden, or will not be continually hammering biden and his supporters for pretending he is any better than a shit sandwich. The way I see it is Trump is the green shit sandwich and Biden is the light brown one with corn in it. They are still shit sandwiches, and I do not need shitty corn stuck in my teeth.

I am all good with the civil war when it comes. I do much more damage as the infiltrator, and my redneck disguise is awesome. Yes, I could waste them head to head, but it is so much more fun making them shoot each other and fucking up their plans. Yes, I know how easy it is to do. It is a skill I have that I use. It probably comes from the reality that all my life I have had to play the role of male and have become quite fucking good at it. You tend to learn something about duping other people when you have done it for so long. Not to mention I grew up with westchester people. If westchester is not one of the biggest backstabbing false people areas of the universe, I do not want to know what is. The devil himself could learn some lessons from the people of westchester.

A bunch of terrorist acts is not a civil war. The best I have seen the radical right do is seize a government building during the Obama admin, and that really was not a problem. I think the option he employed with them is the sort of option that the government should use, and not goi the trump way of dominate them all because that leads to tyranny and fascism.

Not voting, or voting for someone other than Biden is not voting for trump. GFY with that bullshit. There are people who actually vote for trump, and go talk to them.
