You still seem to be under the impression that we don't tell people anything when they ask or complain directly to staff, many of those PM's you mention do get sent out. Sometimes they calm people, other times they don't.

So if you want to come straight out and say "ban anyone who complains" then just say that.

That post was FOUR MINUTES after your previous one, this topic is less than a day old, and has already been pointed out there is a lot of discussion going on in the Shelter on exactly how to progress. Conversation that for the moment is best kept there because it involves specific details of the situation.

Despite what some might think, we don't all live on Wordforge so sometimes things will take a while to progress. For the moment though the information has been removed and the subject is most definitely not over.

Actually in this case revealing exactly what was done would probably inadvertently release the information, so please everyone just calm down for the moment.
